Board Resolution for Payment Gateway Service for E-Commerce

In case a company wants to facilitate e-commerce services to the users of its website, it will have to seek the service of another organisation who is providing such kind of service. Generally, these companies are called payment gateway service providers.

The company will probably have to enter into an agreement with such service provider on the agreed terms and conditions.

The approval of the board of directors of the company is also necessary in this regard.
